In our continued
efforts to meet the personal needs of Local 30 members and
their families, we are pleased to announce that we now offer
quarterly Financial and Retirement Planning Workshops for
members fifty years of age or older. These
workshops will enable you to review your current Local 30
Pension and Annuity benefits, meet with representatives from
the Social Security and Medicare agencies, help you set up
your retirement needs and goals, and review any other
financial matters you may have. We will also have
representatives from Northeastern Engineers Federal to help
you with any of your banking needs.
Financial
planning gives you some options to help deal with the
future. We hope these workshops will ease some of your
anxieties regarding retirement and your personal finances.
